Chu Han (EN)

Chu Han is a two-player card game set in ancient China during the Chu-Han Contention (206-202 BCE). Two rival clans, the Han and the Chu, compete to replace the weakened Qin ruler and establish China's first true dynasty. The Chu start from the stronger position, but history says the Han eventually prevailed.

How It Plays

  • A trick-taking, climbing, and shedding game played over multiple hands
  • Each hand starts with a mix of Chu and Han cards, reflecting divisions within clans, hostage taking, and shifting allegiances
  • Optional Events and two historical campaigns add variety

Can you outmaneuver your rival and found a new dynasty?
