Crypt X is a narrative puzzle game about a missing archaeology professor. After he vanished following a curious absence at a dig near Luxor, you start investigating the notes he left behind. As his student, your job is to piece together the puzzles in his file and learn more about his work and where he has gone.

Solve ciphers and codes, spot patterns and combine clues to uncover the professor's secrets. Each of the fifty-one puzzles you answer unlocks a new section of story in the Crypt X companion app, revealing more about his disappearance.

Every puzzle adds to your score, which depends on the hints you use and the attempts you make. Your total score determines how the professor's story ends.
