King of the Dice is a push-your-luck game in which each player is a king trying to win over their citizens.

How It Plays

• Take turns rolling dice three times to acquire citizens that match the rolls on your dice, and getting new citizens can also earn you new cities
• If you fail to roll dice that match a citizen after three rolls, you get a penalty card
• The game ends when any citizen, penalty or cities card deck is emptied, and the player with the most points wins
