Medium: The Hand of Fate is a word-association party game in which players try to say the same word at the same moment. Each pair looks at two word cards and tries to find the single word that connects them. The closer your minds are in sync, the bigger the reward.

This is a standalone version that adds new ways to sync minds and predict the future, including a new 2-player variant against Madame Fortuna. It can also be combined with any other Medium title.

How It Plays

• Players take turns pairing up with the person on their left. One plays a card face-up, and the partner plays a card next to it
• Together, count down three, two, one and say the connecting word at the exact same moment
• A match on the first attempt earns a high-value Mind Meld token; after a miss, the spoken words become clues for a second and then a third attempt
• The round ends when the Crystal Ball card surfaces, and the team with the highest combined score wins

Optional ESP cards and Prediction tokens add extra twists, such as stealing rival words, banning an opponent's answer, or betting on your opponents' fate with Hand of Fate tokens.
