Niwashi is a cooperative game with limited communication for exactly 2 players. Together you stack garden tiles to build a garden and reveal shapes in the colours of the four seasons, aiming to complete as many objectives as possible.

How It Plays

• Each garden tile is divided into 3 plots of different colours (seasons or sand)
• Players have to complete the shapes without knowing what they are
• You can play the lantern and place it wherever you like to give your partner a clue
• The game ends when a player has no pieces left at the start of a round
• After a few games, you can set out on a journey around Japan, completing several gardens with different restrictions such as limited playing areas and blocked plots
