In Targi you are a tribe leader of the Tuareg people of the Sahara, trading dates, salt and pepper to obtain gold coins and advantages. The desert is a five-by-five grid of cards.

How It Plays

• Position your Targi figures on the cards that border the desert, then carry out the actions of those cards and of the cards at the crossroads between them
• Skip the merchant and you can't trade, and your opponent may use it instead; a caravan might bring the goods you want
• Each round a completely different set of offerings is on the table
• Goods cards are the means to get tribe cards, which bring advantages during the game and victory points at the end
