An expansion for The Witcher: Old World set in a world full of monsters after the Conjunction of the Spheres. It adds monster-trailing and combat depth with deck-building and combos, bombs, mutagens and special starting cards.

Each of the 17 monsters gets a large card with an advanced ability and four special attacks. Four Special Combat Cards add passive attacks that trigger when a monster discards one due to damage.
