Enemies & Lovers (EN)

Enemies & Lovers is a lightweight, fast-paced card game of strategy, deception and betrayal, based on Holly Black's Folk of the Air series. There is only one crown of Elfhame.

How It Plays

  • Each player starts with three cards. Your Hand is the cards you initially draw (or steal), and your Court is the cards you place face-down on the table in front of you.
  • Your goal is to assemble a Court with one Coercion Card, one Prince Card and one Conspirator Card.
  • Then, with the Crown Card, you manipulate your prince onto the throne (where your conspirator will rule from the shadows) and win the game.
  • On the way to victory, steal, poison and spy on your opponents' cards, and hide, shield and set traps in anticipation of their attacks.
